By using your car's own ISOFIX system you can easily install this car seat in either a rear facing or forward facing mode. Thereby, a direct connection between car seat and your car is created. In case of an impact all forces that occur are distributed away from the seat and transferred to the body of the car.

This convertible car seat is suitable for children from 45 cm to 105 cm in height and supplies them with safety and comfort while traveling by car. Its new, smart design ensures enough leg room even for taller children.

Depending on the individual body type of your child, i.e. once your child has reached 76 cm in height and an age of 16 months, you can even use the Sirona Q i-Size in a forward-facing mode. In this position, a continuously adjustable impact shield protects your child properly. This impact shield works similar to an inflated airbag and absorbs the impact energy that occurs in a front end collision over the entire cushion.

 黃背心新一波抗議 巴黎商家歇足球賽演唱會取消


（法新社巴黎8日電） 法國「黃背心」運動今天將展開第4波抗議行動，首都巴黎進入高度警戒，部署龐大維安措施，嚴陣以待。當局憂心新一波抗議恐淪為連續第2週的暴力破壞行動。

商家、博物館、地鐵站和艾菲爾鐵塔紛紛關閉，足球賽和音樂會也宣告取消。

巴黎上週經歷數十年來最嚴重的暴力事件，震撼全國，總統馬克宏（Emmanuel Macron）的政府面臨嚴重危機。

內政部長卡斯塔納（Christophe Castaner）表示，他預計巴黎只會有幾千人，「但當中不乏極端暴力的個人」，上週抗議人數統計8000人左右。

卡斯塔納說：「過去3週，我們看到一頭怪獸的誕生」，並表示，今天將會有大規模維安行動。

1日的抗議行動發生數十輛汽車遭燒毀、商店遭搶劫，凱旋門被破壞的暴力行徑，卡斯塔納誓言「絕不容忍」這類破壞暴力行為。

總理菲力普（Edouard Philippe）昨晚接見一個自稱「溫和派」黃背心運動團體代表。團體發言人夏隆空（Christophe Chalencon）說，總理「聆聽我們的心聲，並承諾將把我們的訴求轉告總統」。

總理菲力普表示，全國將部署8萬9000名警力，當中首都將派遣8000名員警，出動十幾輛武裝車輛，這在巴黎是頭一遭。

美國大使館對在巴黎的美國公民發出警告，提醒他們「保持低調，避免前往人潮聚集之處」。比利時、葡萄牙和捷克等國也建議國內計劃週末前往巴黎的民眾延後行程。

黃背心運動如滾雪球般越演越烈，演變成對馬克宏經濟政策和權力的不滿勢力。此外，民眾在數十所學校對大學入學條件轉趨嚴格發動抗議，加上農民號召下週串連示威，也帶來一股政府腹背受敵的氣氛。

態度強硬的法國總工會（CGT）利用這股抗議風潮，號召鐵路和地鐵員工14日罷工，要求立即提高薪資和退休金。






 喝酒不貪杯！最新醫學研究：每周飲用酒精超過100公克，早死風險多一點


每天喝酒的民眾注意了！一項擴及19國，近60萬名飲酒人士參與的調查指出，每周酒精攝取量超過100公克的民眾，將會增加中風、致命動脈瘤、心臟衰竭與早死的風險，過量飲酒對人體弊大於利。

每周攝取酒精量 最好低於100公克

這項跨國的大型研究，蒐集19個高收入國家、83個來源的研究資料，並追蹤59萬9912名，30至100歲飲酒人士的習慣，13日刊載在英國權威醫學雜誌《刺胳針》（Lancet）。研究建議，每周攝取酒精的含量應控制在100公克以下，否則早死的風險將提高。

執行研究之前，研究團隊特別排除有心臟病史的受試者，並要求受試者填寫年齡、性別、社經地位、抽菸習慣、是否罹患糖尿病等基本資料，並由受試者自我回報至少1年的飲酒習慣，著重在健康受試者喝酒後，發生中風以及心臟疾病的機率。

研究發現，近一半的受試者，每周酒精攝取量超過100公克，還有8.4%的受試者每周攝取超過350公克的酒精，結果有40310人在研究過程中死亡，更有39018起受試者罹患心血管疾病的案例。

葡萄酒（飲酒過量有害健康）（AP）

台灣的酒精攝取建議量則是男女有別。衛福部國民健康署設立的「健康九九」網站指出，1單位酒精約等於10公克的純酒精量。65歲以下的男性，每周飲酒量超過140公克酒精，或是每次場合的飲酒量超過40公克酒精；65歲以上的男性以及所有女性的飲酒量若超過70公克酒精，每次場合飲酒量超過30公克酒精，就屬於飲酒過量。若以本次研究的建議值來看，65歲以下男性飲酒標準仍太寬鬆。

參與研究的杜克大學（Duke University）醫學院教授布拉澤（Dan Blazer）表示：「這項研究顯示，先前人們認為安全的飲酒量，其實與預期壽命降低，以及多個有害健康的結果相關。」研究團隊也發現，沒有證據顯示，需要為女性設定更嚴厲的飲酒標準。

由於這項研究顛覆人們對於飲酒危害程度的印象，資助這項研究的英國心臟協會，該協會的助理醫學主任皮爾森（Jeremy Pearson）表示，這個研究報告：「替許多國家敲了嚴厲的醒鐘」。雪菲爾大學（University of Sheffield）的心血管醫學教授奇寇（Tim Chico）則指出：「這項研究很清楚地顯示，經權衡之後，喝酒對健康並沒有幫助。通常很多聽起來美好的事情，都不是真的。」
