When combined with the CARRYCOT you can use the Hauck Soul Plus right from birth and provide your little one a cosy and safe place to snuggle up. The carrycot can be attached easily to the chassis via the Easy-Fix system. The CAR SEAT Comfort Fix which you can also use right from birth can be attached to the chassis as easily as the carrycot. It is compatible with the Hauck Isofix-base and provides maximum safety and protection for your child. The Comfort Fix has been designed with the innovative shock-absorbing PU-foam patented by Hauck. In order to make your child feel ultra-comfy in his car seat only breathable materials and fabrics were used. Head protector and seat wedge can be used according to your wishes and needs.

 同性伴侶註記3951對 雙北台中最多


（中央社記者劉麗榮、劉冠廷台北8日電）根據內政部統計，3年多來全國已有3951對同性伴侶註記，最多的前三名為台北市、新北市和台中市。民進黨立委尤美女說，不能單靠縣市政府的善意，一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能保障權益。

內政部官員表示，從施行同性註記以來，六都包括台北市共有818對、新北市743對、台中市694對、桃園市442對、台南市238對與高雄市173對，全台已有3951對完成註記。

高雄市在104年5月20日率全國之先辦理同性伴侶註記後，全國多數縣市陸續跟進，內政部去年並開放跨區受理。

長期關注同婚的民進黨立委尤美女今天表示，這數目不算少，但當然有很多人可能覺得大法官會議解釋後，就直接等著結婚就好，不用去註記。

尤美女說，註記並沒有法律的效果，雖然勞動部與衛福部表達有註記可以簽署手術同意書等伴侶權益，但是有的縣市還是不給註記，所以一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能得到真正的權利，否則都只是各縣市政府的善意。

她也說，若只是善意，卻拿不到任何的權益，去註記等於出櫃，可能就會馬上被歧視或霸凌，這就是為什麼同志需要同性婚姻。

大法官748號解釋，認定現行民法沒有保障同性婚姻違憲，立法機關應在兩年內，也就是明年5月24日前完成立法保障同性婚姻，但對於是要立專法還是修民法，各界意見不一，甚至引發對立。

今年九合一選舉合併舉行公投，幸福盟提出的「你是否同意民法婚姻規定應限定在一男一女的結合？」等愛家3公投過關，依公投法規定，行政院已表示，明年3月前將提出保障同性婚姻的專法草案，送交立法院審議。（編輯：張均懋）1071208






 "台灣"最終成"台北" 巴黎奇跡未出現


（德國之聲中文網）以什麼樣的名稱入場，運動員以哪國國籍參加比賽，這個問題在數周前還沒有讓巴黎同志運動會籌辦方十分在意。7月24日，台灣同志運動发展協會對外表示，經過與籌辦方的協商，已為參加這次運動會的18名運動員爭取到以'台灣'之名參賽。當時人們普遍認為，在目前"台灣稱謂'受到越來越多的來自北京的壓力、國際航空公司均紛紛將以前的'台灣'標識更名為"台北'的背景下，巴黎同志運動會卻逆流而上，頂住壓力，不啻是一個奇跡。

但剛過一天，台灣參賽名稱便一路從'台灣（中華民國）'、"台灣（中華台北）、"'中華台北'，最後定案為'台北'。

台灣同志運動发展協會理事長楊智群曾於7月26日對德國之聲表示，對改名事宜感到遺憾，但感受到主辦單位即同志運動會聯合會（The Federation of Gay Games，FGG）非常支持台灣一方。可能礙於政府施壓要做現實考量，台灣方面也體會對方的處境。楊智群還說，'台北'不是隊名最終定案，仍在與主辦方持續溝通，最遲可以到開幕前兩小時才決定。

楊智群此前透露曾收到同志運動會籌辦方的信息，指巴黎政府施加了壓力：政府希望台灣隊不要持中華民國國旗進場。

今年中國大陸方面組成了由69人參加的'國家隊"，參加至少12項體育比賽。50名運動員來自香港，1名來自澳門。而整個賽事的運動員超過1萬名，來自90多個國家。

同志運動會於1982年首次在舊金山舉辦，以後每隔4年舉辦一次，今年是第10屆。下一屆的比賽地點已定於香港。對LGBT群體不友好的國家如沙特阿拉伯、俄羅斯以及一些穆斯林國家都有運動員參加本屆賽事。第10屆同志運動會於8月11日落下帷幕。
