In order to gain a safe and solid connection of the car seat with the body of your car, both Isofix hooks and well as the top tether integrated in the car seat have to be used.團購評價

Installing the Newton 1.2.3 IFIX as a group 2/3 (15 to 36 kg) car seat is done with or without using the Isofix hooks in your car. Either way, you child has to be fastened with your car's own seat belt. For that, you have to remove the five-point harness integrated in the Newton beforehand.

In order to guarantee optimum air circulation, the backrest of the Newton 1.2.3 IFIX has been equipped with 116 air slots. The cover can be removed and washed by hand at 30°C.

 晨起老是擤鼻涕？中醫三九貼依時調理


（優活健康網新聞部／綜合報導）52歲的郭小姐多年鼻過敏，每日晨起鼻塞、鼻水清稀量很多，過敏症狀於天氣變冷時更容易發作，接觸貓、狗等寵物後症狀加劇。夏季三伏貼時間時曾就診中醫，搭配穴位敷貼、中藥藥液鼻腔薰蒸、中醫衛教與濃縮中藥粉治療，3個療程後每日晨起鼻水量、鼻癢及鼻塞症狀都有明顯緩解，與家中的貓狗玩耍也比較不會誘發鼻子過敏。

冬季人體陽氣弱 容易受寒、過敏

「三九貼」是傳統醫學對於慢性、虛寒性疾病的保養方法，和夏季「三伏貼」同樣屬於穴位敷貼的一種。特定節氣進行特定穴位的中藥敷貼，是中醫治療慢性呼吸系統疾病的獨特方法之一，已有悠久的歷史。

奇美醫學中心中醫部總醫師李俞生說明，冬季是整年度天氣最冷的時候，中醫學認為人體和自然環境相互呼應，冬季也是人體陰氣最盛、陽氣最弱時。此時也是鼻過敏症狀好發時節，在這段期間常感覺身體能量不足、活動力下降、血液循環不良、皮膚乾燥、毛孔緊縮等，身體處於低代謝狀態。這個時節身體最容易受寒，若平時體質虛弱，更容易過敏、氣喘、腹瀉、關節疼痛、遺尿、遺精等。

孕婦、1歲以下、嚴重心肺功能不足、皮膚易起泡不宜

三九天是依照每年「冬至」次日開始算起，第1個九天稱「一九」，第2個九天稱「二九」，第3個九天稱「三九」。「三九天灸」在三九天的時間配合使用辛散溫熱的中藥敷貼在人體背部的適當穴位，可趨除寒邪、提高身體的抗病力，進而減緩上述疾病冬日發作時帶來的困擾。

「三九貼」是夏季「三伏貼」的延續治療，如果已接受夏季「三伏天灸」的病人再輔以冬季「三九天灸」，可達到維持療效的作用；錯過三伏貼的病人也可把握三九天的時間搭配中醫治療。穴位貼敷治療方法簡便，無毒副作用，易被小兒接受。李俞生醫師提醒，但必須注意孕婦、1歲以下小孩、嚴重心肺功能不足、皮膚經短時間敷貼會大量起泡者等，不適合三九天灸治療。

而發燒和咽喉發炎等症狀必須痊癒後，方可接受治療；治療期間並不妨礙其他藥物的正常使用。三九貼後應注意，敷貼當日必須禁食生冷、油膩及辛辣等刺激性食物，以免影響治療效果。若皮膚紅腫、搔癢立刻撕下藥餅，並塗擦適當消炎藥膏。






 〈國票金法說〉擬配現金股利0.65元 殖利率逾6% 居金融股前段班


國票金 (2889-TW) 今 (16) 日舉行法說會，國票金副總邱銘恩表示，去 (2017) 年票、債券業務穩定，加上證券經紀和自營業務獲利表現亮眼，稅後純益 23.7 億元，年增 12.37%，每股稅後純益 (EPS) 為 0.86 元，董事會也通過今年擬配發現金股利 0.65 元，以前 3 月股價平均價格計算，殖利率逾 6%，居金融股前段班。

國票金近 5 年股利發放率近 90%，去年增加現金股利發放，殖利率逾 5%。邱銘恩表示，至今年 3 月底自結每股淨值 11.91 元，股價在 10 元左右，股價淨值比約 0.86 倍仍處相對低檔，今年董事會也通過擬配發現金股利 0.65 元，若以前 3 月均價計算，現金股利殖利率可達到 6.59%。他也強調，未來股利政策仍會維持多配發現金股利為主。

國票金法說會上同步公布今年第 1 季自結，稅後純益 6 億元，年增 10.07%，每股稅後純益 (EPS)0.22 元，受惠旗下票券子公司獲利均有成長，整體金控獲利維持穩定成長。

邱銘恩表示，國票金去年獲利成長，主要來自子公司國際票券授信業務積極調整結構，票券收益維持成長，及股市活絡，另外還有子公司國票證券融資餘額增加及經紀業務收益增加等帶動；今年第 1 季股、債表現不錯，也持續推升獲利成長。

展望今年營運策略，邱銘恩說，將爭取主管機關開放票券業務領域，並繼續尋求合適併購標的，其中會以商業銀行和壽險公司為優先併購對象。
