 「台灣司法改革沒？」95%看法一樣

行政院長賴清德昨（8日）提出行政院對二○一八選舉檢討報告，司法改革尙未有明顯進展列在其中，臉書社團「爆料公社」針對「司法改革」進行投票，結果在6.4萬名網友投票中，有高達95％認為台灣司法沒有改革。

「爆料公社」在6日上午6點45分，發起24小時關於「你相信我們的司法有在改革嗎?」的網路投票調查，以在九月底的一個爆料，一歲半女童遭當拳擊沙袋被媽媽同居人活活打死，當時母親喊冤還迴護男友嚴正聲明沒家暴女童?檢方調查結果出來了！作為
投票題目，「你相信我們的司法有在改革嗎？你認為這個嫌犯會被判死刑嗎？」

累積超過6.4萬名網友投票參加。其中「我認為司法沒有改革」的網友占的95％，僅有5％網友是「我認為司法有改革」。底下網友留言至8日上午已近千則，不少網友貼上「虐殺幼童者 處唯一死刑 認同請分享」的圖片表達無奈，有的表示「對於虐童者無法原諒，必須重罰！！！太可惡了」、「搞不懂，為什麼明明就大部分人都同意加重刑罰，但是就沒有一個有擔當的當權者來進行改革？」、「我覺得台灣司法已死」；還有諷刺的說「我好像被誤導了，有沒有改革？當然有，從有死刑到現在都沒有，真是改好大！」

 旗艦機賣不動 宏達電7月營收14億元 創15年新低


電信三雄 499 之亂後遺症衝擊智慧手機市場銷售，宏達電 (2498-TW) 今 (6) 日公布 7 月營收驚見「 1 字頭」，單月營收下滑至 14 億元，月減 32.74%，年減 77.41%，寫下 2003 年 8 月以來、15 年新低，累計前 7 月營收 169.62 億元，年減 53.98%。

宏達電在 2002 年 3 月掛牌上市，上市以來月營收低於 14 億元的有 3 次，分別是 2002 年 7 月的 13.5 億元，2003 年 5 月 11.3 億元，2003 年 8 月 13.3 億元。

宏達電今年以來推出的新機加新色約有 6 支，包括 Desire12 系列的中低階機款，U11eyes、U11 + 新色、旗艦機 U12 + 及五月天限量版等，市場傳出，近期可望推出中階新機 U12Life。

智慧手機市場競爭激烈，宏達電 U12 + 的銷售明顯未達預期，推測除了市場競爭之外，也跟 U12 + 製程良率不高，影響市場供貨有關，雖然第 3 季將有中階新機及區塊鏈手機上市，但在高階市場面臨蘋果新 iPhone 大軍壓境下的壓力，新品能帶動的效益有多大還值得觀察。

市場認為，在智慧手機銷售量無法拉升下，加上 VR(虛擬實境) 產品的營收貢獻有限下，今年下半年單月營收恐仍在低檔徘徊。
